What Lapka is
Lapka is an app with short daily training sessions for dogs, chosen for a specific dog. It is offered by Molverine Corp. Some features are free and some need a paid plan; the app shows which.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. To buy a subscription you must be allowed to do so under the rules of your App Store or Google Play account.
Your account
You can start without an account; your data then lives in an anonymous account tied to your phone, and it is lost if you lose the phone or remove the app. You can sign in with Apple, Google or a code we send to your email. Protect access to that account: anyone who gets into it can get into Lapka.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans are subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play, which charge your store account. The price, period and what the plan includes are shown before you buy.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before. You manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your Lapka account does not cancel it.
- If a plan has a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before; we remind you shortly before it ends.
- Refunds follow the rules of Apple or Google, which handle them.
- A family plan covers the people the subscriber invites to the shared dog.
- Promo codes and gifts give access for the period they state and cannot be exchanged for money.
Family
The owner of a dog can invite family members. Everyone in the family sees and changes the dog's profile and progress. The owner can remove members, and anyone can leave.
Questions to a dog trainer
Plans that include a dog trainer give a number of written questions per month, shown in the app. A trainer answers by email, usually within 48 hours. Answers are general guidance based on what you wrote; the trainer does not see your dog.
Training advice is not veterinary advice
Lessons, facts and answers from dog trainers do not replace a veterinarian or an in-person trainer. Care reminders (vaccinations, treatments) follow a generic schedule: always confirm dates and doses with your vet. Stop a lesson if your dog shows pain, fear or aggression, and keep it safe around people, other animals and traffic.
Photos and the mascot
Photos you add stay yours. You let us store and process them to provide the features you use, such as drawing your dog's mascot. Upload only photos you have the right to use, of your dog and without people. We may refuse a photo that does not show a dog or is inappropriate. The mascot is drawn by AI and may not look exactly like your dog. We show your mascot in our social media only if you allow it in the app.
What we expect from you
Use the app for your own dogs and do not use it to harm anyone. Do not send unlawful content or content that belongs to someone else without permission, and do not try to break or overload the service.
What we do not promise
The app is provided as is. We make backups, but we do not guarantee that the service is available without interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using the app. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page, and the app asks you to accept it when the change is important.
Closing your account
You can delete your account from the app at any time; see how. Cancel a subscription in your store account first: deleting the account does not stop the store from charging.
